When you use the thumbnail downloader tool, we do not collect, store, log, or process:
Contact Form: If you voluntarily submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your enquiry. This data is not shared with any third party, not used for marketing, and is deleted after the matter is resolved.
Server Logs: Our web server may generate standard access logs that include IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used only for security monitoring and technical troubleshooting and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
YouTube thumbnails: Processed entirely client-side in your browser. When you enter a YouTube URL, your browser directly constructs and loads the thumbnail image from YouTube's public CDN (img.youtube.com). No data passes through our servers.
TikTok thumbnails: Your entered URL is sent to our PHP backend at api.php, which calls TikTok's oEmbed API or scrapes the public page meta tags. The thumbnail URL is returned to your browser. We do not log the input URL or store the result.
Instagram thumbnails: Same process as TikTok — your URL is passed to our PHP backend which fetches the public Open Graph image metadata. No personal data is involved and nothing is stored.
We load web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests these fonts, Google may collect your IP address per their privacy policy. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
We may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
